DEEPSOUTH

deepsouth changed the narrative on HIV/AIDS in the United States, reframing it as a disease of poverty. I worked with academics, research institutions, government agencies and frontline care workers in both the making and rollout of the film.

A grassroots tour brought the film to some of the most remote parts of the American South. The film toured the festival circuit, university campuses and government agencies—even making its way to The White House.
