LOS ANGELES TIMES

Intentionally lo-fi in style and production, On the Streets covered the issue of homelessness in a way that showed people—not statistics. Stories—not stereotypes. It went viral in China and remains one of their most-watched video series in the history of the L.A. Times.

The Los Angeles Times hired me to broaden its reach to new audiences. Working across the newsroom and engaging audiences (online and offline), I piloted video formats and produced On the Streets, which was an experiment in co-creation with our audience.
